Not all come with two barrels. The XDMT9459 numbered models have the threaded and non threaded 4.5" cold hammer forged matched barrels (2 barrels) and raised sights for suppressor use. The straight XDM9459 models have the low sights and no threaded barrel. Hope that helps.
