Wayne, yes it is better but not the difference in cost better. Colt has come a long way with the Delta Elite 10mm. I own an 80's DE and a recent DE and I can feel the improvement quality. I've been a member of the 10Ring on Glocktalk for years and have been collecting 10mm handguns as I shoot 95% 10mm for target. plinking, hunting and self defense.
