  • I want to buy a gun from buds and pickup at my local shop. My question is, who makes the money, is my local shop making nothing on a sale and still having to do paperwork, am I basically screwing my local shop out of a sale? The gun is significantly cheaper on buds, $100 plus dollars cheaper than my local shops website price.

  • Bud's is the business you're buying from. Your local dealer is the business doing the transfer that you are paying them for.

  • Speak with your FFL to see if they can get you close to Buds price, if not, I see not issue with buying from Buds. It's your call of course my friend.

  • Patrick, Buds makes the money from the firearm sale and your local FFL makes the transfer fee.
