The DP12 is CA legal I guess because I just got one. I didn’t get it here, though. Call your FFL and ask.
No David, this one won't work for California. The Kel-Tec shotgun is CA approved - because it requires the user to manually switch a selector before firing from the second magazine. The DP-12 does not require this manual switching.
