  • I have uploded a copy of my DD214 multiple times,
    Beginning about 2 weeks ago, in an attempt to access the benefits of qualified professional. However i have recieved no comfirmation an cant add those items to my cart. What should i do or check?

  • Brad - Did you also upload your Driver License? I think you would need to. However, to resolve all the issues with this I suggest you call Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) and pose your question to them directly. I seem to recall mine only took one business day to process and take effect.

  • Bradley, Log into your account, then select "Order Status/Account". Scroll down and look fop a box that reads "Thanks for being a Qualified Professional. We appreciate your service.". Inside the box will be a blue circle with a diagonal bar going through it. Inside the bar it will read "Qualified Professional". It took me two tries and several days before my account was updated, so give Bud's a couple of days or so to get your professional status updated.

  • Bradley, you won't receive a confirmation from Buds regardless of what they say. You are probably already set as I was in about 72hrs. The way to tell is click on - Order Status /Account - scroll down to see if you have a "Blue Qualified Professional" Logo under (Thanks for being a Qualified Professional. We appreciate your service). If so, you are set and can order away.
