I have uploded a copy of my DD214 multiple times,
Beginning about 2 weeks ago, in an attempt to access the benefits of qualified professional. However i have recieved no comfirmation an cant add those items to my cart. What should i do or check?

Brad - Did you also upload your Driver License? I think you would need to. However, to resolve all the issues with this I suggest you call Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) and pose your question to them directly. I seem to recall mine only took one business day to process and take effect.
