there are about 3 different FDE, 15rd p-10 c models and was wondering what was the difference between them all. Here are the 3 model #'s: 91532, 91521, and 91524

Not the exact same, 91532 is the most recent version with an updated magazine release that can be swapped left to right instead of being ambidextrous all the time, CZ got a lot of complaints that the old style release was very stiff and these changes address that. 91521 and 91524 are discontinued as of last year and have the old style mag release.
