Blackhawk 410514BKR Serpa CQC OWB Size 14 Matte Black Polymer Belt Loop/Paddle Fits HK USP Right Hand
All this says is HK full size, will this fit a P30L or a VP9?

Josh, My opinion only. I would stay away from a Serpa style holster. Plenty of great choices out there. A few simple calls to some of the holster manufacturers will dial right in what you need for your firearm. Do the legwork and you can probably find it at BUDs.
