The Glock 19 Gen 5 (item # 42829) says "fixed" front and rear sights. Does that mean they can't be replaced with night sights if I want to (eg. Meprolight Tru Dot)?

Robert, they mean fixed as in non-adjustable. They can be absolutely be replaced with a whatever compatible night sights you'd like.
