Gregory, cannot see what model you're talking about, could you post a question with a model number included? Based on the question I would assume some form of the judge/governor, they accept 45LC and 410 shot shells and I know that the governor for sure comes with moon clips so you can use 45 acp, not positive on the judge.

if you are asking about the Ruger convertible blackhawk it is 45 acp and 45 lc you change the cylinder to match the round
