  • Gift card shows as invalid when trying to purchase online. I have used one in the past with no problems.

  • David, if the amount shows in your account, cut and paste the code (careful not to copy spaces) and retry. If it still shows invalid, Buds Customer Service can assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

  • David, Have used hundreds of BUDs gift cards and occasionally a problem pops up. Make sure the code is 12 digits long. All letters lower case. Be careful mixing up 1 and l, 0 and o. Sometimes have to re-enter gift code. You can always call BUDs they will help you out. 859-368-0371
