What are the best ankle holsters for an M&P sheild? Is this a good firearm (size) to carry in that location? Thanks

I would recommend the bugbite holster. It's made out of breathable neoprene, comes in different sizes, it fits perfectly and comes with a spare magazine pocket. But I don't think that M&P shield is the right weapon to carry in that location.

Desantis Apache is the best. will hold my 40cal shield or my s&w 40c or my glock 29 (10mm)
all work in the same Apache..
Desantis die hard is right behind it. but since its molded it will only fit the gun its made for.

I agree . The Desantis Die Hard is great. I have used this for a couple of years as a on-duty
Back up.Well made with no movement.

I really like the SideFire Ankle Holsters. You can definitely carry a shield on the ankle.

The desantis die hard ankle holster works well. This is a fine size to carry on the ankle.
