sorry .260 is not offered in the model 783

Stephen, no Sir. .243 or 6.5 Creedmoor are two close options. 308 is 1:10 Twist Rate and 6.5 is 1:8 twist Rate. None have 5-R Rifling.

Remington doesn't offer the 783 in 260, only the model 7 and model 700. If this is the same rifle you were asking about earlier for the rifling question, it has a 1:9-1/8 twist with button rifling not 5R. remington.com/rifles/bolt-action/model-783/model-783-varmint
