  • My FFL is in a private home. He received the gun 2 days ago and hasn't contacted me back by phone or text. How long should I give him before I claim theft?

  • Check him in the evening hours, most work full time day jobs. But after 7days its theft. He may have lots of package and make calls one day a week only. But after 7Days, contact Buds at 1-859-368-0371 and explain you never received your item. Currently its Buds property and problem until transferred to you.

  • Hi Jack, 3 business days should be plenty of time. Home based FFL's may only do this "part time" and may have a full time job. If he is not reachable by phone or email after 3 business days, I would personally pay a visit or leave a note at his residence for contact. He/she has an obligation to the consumer to function as an FFL.
