My FFL is in a private home. He received the gun 2 days ago and hasn't contacted me back by phone or text. How long should I give him before I claim theft?

I'd have given them a call 2 days ago. Get in touch with them soon.
Hi Jack, 3 business days should be plenty of time. Home based FFL's may only do this "part time" and may have a full time job. If he is not reachable by phone or email after 3 business days, I would personally pay a visit or leave a note at his residence for contact. He/she has an obligation to the consumer to function as an FFL.

Check him in the evening hours, most work full time day jobs. But after 7days its theft. He may have lots of package and make calls one day a week only. But after 7Days, contact Buds at 1-859-368-0371 and explain you never received your item. Currently its Buds property and problem until transferred to you.
