Can you rack the slide when the safety is on and cocked and locked.?.Answer is NO, i just bought it and it does not allow you to rack the slide to clear a chambered round. Plus, you can only put the safety on when it's cocked all the way, not in double action, or in half cocked.

Daniel, Have not seen a semi auto handgun that will rack the slide when safety is on. Everything you described is very normal.
