how does anybody ever get through to Bud's Customer Service Dept?
Nobody answers the phone, you just get put on hold forever. I was put on hold for over half an hour, nobody ever answered, just music playing. this is the most non existent customer service and unfriendly experience I have ever had with any online retailer ! Unbelievable !!!
