  • So i bought a gun about 2 years ago and now I have some issues with it. The facory warranty is no longer available. When I bought the gun here I paid an extra amount of money for some kind of extended warranty I just don't remember. Where am I supposed to send my gun to Bud's so they can look at it and possibly repair it or replace it?

  • Hello. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your firearm. I'm sure it has a lot of moving parts and sometimes things don't last for a long time. But I found some useful information for you. You might want to send it to the following address. You will have to complete a warranty form. I hope this helps you in some ways. Good day.

  • Adam, there was a 30 day registration period for the warranty. Buds Customer Service should be able to direct you for the fastest Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
