  • Hey guys, if i use live chat is it really a actual person or or is it some computer generated robot person? I've used those live chat before but it's always like some kind of robot machine.

  • Yeah dude it's real people. I had an issue using my card and with that wasn't going through after multiple attempts. It ended up being an issue with the site and they were able to help me eventually but it's a real person dude. I know what you mean about coming across machines.

  • In my experience it has always been a real person. Had an issue with the shipping weight of something being far too much and driving the cost up and they fixed it in about a minute and I was on my way.
