What type of ammo is best for the Chiappa M9 .40 S&W 92F. I am all over a silhouette target at 7 yards.

James, Ammunition probably is not the problem. Here is some quality inexpensive brass cased FMJ 40 S&W. Works well and is accurate in all my 40 S&Ws at the range. It sounds like you need to learn to properly grip the pistol. At 7 yards any ammo should stay in 3 inches or less.
