Virgilio, slide rack effort is subjective. All these opinions of strong hand folks will have little benefit. Only someone with similar hand strength as yourself can be of true help to you. I highly recommend going to a local gun store and try a few handguns firsthand and choose what is comfortable for you. Virgilio, All the semi-autos are going to be about the same effort and grip to rack the slide. The easiest slide to manually cycle is the S&W EZ series that several community members have suggested.
