Left or Right handguns

Do they make hand specific hand guns? I am a southpaw and have always had to purchase or use a right handed hand gun. If they do make a handgun for Southpaws are the any more expensive than right handed ones?

Chris, There are several great handguns out there that have ambidextrous slide lock/release, ambi or reversible magazine release. Ambi sights and trigger (: --------Great for left handers. 1)-HK VP9, 2) Glock Gen5 G19, 3)-CZ P10C, 4)- Canik TP9SF, 5)-Beretta PX4 Storm. All great for left handers and there are more out there, but these are some of the best.

there have been some companies in the past that have made left hand guns the Falcon Portsider was a true left hand 1911.

Chris, surprisingly they do not. Some makers have Pistols with ambidextrous controls. Suggestions for left hand friendly Pistols other than Revolvers are here : https://aliengearholsters.com/blog/best-handguns-for-left-handed-shooters/
