  • (Posted before about Black Magic slugs) I live in Sitka, AK. I don't think you realize this. I'm told, on another operation of website, you can't ship ammo to me bed ause I live in Alaska? Is that true? If you can't, I can't get ammo sent to a local FFL dealer, right?

  • Bud's is not able to ship ammo outside of the Continental US due to hazmat issues. Same thing with stuff like pepper spray and and other pressurized aerosol spray products.

  • Scott, you should be able to have ammunition shipped to you. If you source says no, that would be strange. If your FFL is a Class 3 Dealer, they would be able to order/acquire any factory ammunition you need. I've never heard of an FFL Dealer who could not order/acquire ammunition. Buds ships firearms to AK FFL dealers all the time.

  • Folks have gotten firearms shipped to AK. I don't know why ammunition would not be as well. If your source is adamant on this, you can always have your local FFL simply order this for you.
