buds says item has been shipped but ups tracking says shipment ready for ups ,when the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated ?? shows delivery date to be tomorrow

that happens when the shipping department sets the package in the ups pickup area and is waiting for ups to actually pick up the package

Kenneth, either it has shipped or it has not. Only one can be correct. I would trust UPS's info/System.
