Good question that I had before I bought my mine. As an a owner, I can say it comes with grips, but not the regular grips as in many guns (side part of the grip). The “grip” that came with mine actually is the entire grip, side and back. Think of the Glock rear backtrap for the grips but with the sides attached to it. That’s how mine came in California. Unless something changed, that’s how it came. It was my pleasure to assist you.

Sig is not showing that this comes with any grips, just the stippling that is done right into the polymer frame. Sig is also not showing any grips on their site that will work with this model currently, but there should be some after market ones available like the Hogue overmold grips.
