Does the glock MF10017 have the notch on both sides to change the mag release for a left handed shooter?

Tomasz, yes, these are Gen4 Magazines and have the dual mag release cut-outs. Cheers!

Yes, it is a late generation magazine with the notches to work with either magazine release configuration.
