How reliable is site when saying whether an item is in stock?

I ordered 6 boxes of different ammo and they all said in stocks. My account was charged and then later I got an email saying contact them as what i ordered wasn’t in stock. So it was in stock they took my money and now I don’t have a product and they can’t be reached.

yes they are normally accurate
