  • I went to pick up my gun today from my local ffl and the gun had a chip in the wood. It was a Henry silver deluxe. I rejected it today. I bought the insurance here at Buds who do I contact now?

  • Just don't accept the transfer like u did. They resend another. But u have to contact buds. Good luck. So crazy.

  • Gary, you should contact Buds. Currently, due to the current craziness, Buds normal processes are all over the place. You just have to keep trying Buds Customer Service for exchange/refund information at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button (which is up and down) at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
