I've submitted my documentation for the Qualified Professional Discount last week and I am logged into the website, but when I click on the "Add to Cart" button, I still get the "Qualified Professionals Only" popup rather than it adding the item to the cart. What am I missing here?

There has possible been a delay in processing your application due to the current COVID-19 situation which is affecting many businesses in the Country. I would expect a delay and give it a bit more time. Only Buds Customer Service can assist you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds will have to pull it together and get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
