  • I ordered a draco nak9 and a sccy cpx 3 together, the cpx 3 handgun has shipped but the draco has not. Its been 4 days now and it has moved to the shipping department but still no tracking info. Is this normal? also i cannot get in touch with buds AT ALL! no emails, no phone calls and no chat queue available?? Any info on how to speak with them is greatly appreciated!

  • Charmain, Buds and others are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them for an order status via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds will have to pull it together and get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
