Can a Non-Complaint pistol be purchased. It has to be sent to my local gun shop for the 10day wait. Can it be made complaint by my local shop before I take possession?

Jeff, unfortunately no since Buds does not alter firearms for State compliance. Wish they did but, they don't. Cheers and stay safe!

sorry buds will not ship a non compliant pistol also to be compliant the gun must be submitted to the CA DOJ and the company has to CA pay for testing to make that specific model number compliant if the offer the same gun in 2 colors (black and stainless) and only submitted the black for testing the stainless one would still Be non CA compliant and illegal for sale in CA

Jeff, No. Must be CA compliant to even get shipped to CA.
