Jeffrey, only the hand guard M-LOK newer, and Key-Mod older and Brace. The core firearm is exactly the same. Cheers and stay safe!

The main difference is the old one is a M-Lok foregrip and the new one is a keymod foregrip and a different brace sigsauer.com/store/sig-mpx-k.html
