  • I purchased the H&R Pardner on Sunday. Today, Friday, I was emailed that it was out of stock. Funds have already been removed from my account. Considering the current circumstances, why can't I select another firearm and pay the difference or be refunded the difference? By the time the funds are back in my account, the firearm I would like to purchase could be out of stock.

  • place the one you want on layaway the when they do the refund use it to pay off the layaway

  • Kenneth, Only Buds Customer Service can answer/ assist you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since (which is up and down sporadically during business hours) their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds is working to get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon.
