I live in Texas and have never been arrested, no mental illness, not an addict, etc. I bought a gun today and it is being delivered to an FFL. My question is does the FFL do the background check or should I have done that prior to buying? I’m a little embarrassed to ask this but any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
