what is the difference in the 1st 2 p9338 Legion pistols . one is $700 and the other is $779/ are these the same ?

the guns are exactly the same the model W9389LEGIONLE ($700.00) is a discounted QP package guns check out the QP program as a lot of people qualify including Vets budsgunshop.com/index.php/cPath/1799/Qualified+Professional+Discounts
