  • I know that a 1911 has to be on the drop list to have a FFL send one from in or out of state to a private party. I have conflicting statements as to whether the same holds true for a revolver? I am aware of the 50 year old C&R exemption. What of a newer SAA?

  • Here is the exception Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: ✔ Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted.
