  • I am a buds team member and was thinking that becoming on you get all these good customer service perks as well. The Buds expedited email doesnt even work.
    Seems like nothing's works on the website.

  • Alec, agreed. Buds simply got overwhelmed and it shows. I have been a TB Member for years and this pandemic has spurred panic buying, order backlogs and shipping delays. Some of the 1st things to go was phone communication for both regular customers and Team Buds special Hotline. Then layaway's (temporary) for both as well. TB expedited shipping was sometimes next day but, that no longer applies as well. Hopefully things will turn around and get back to a shadow of it's former self Customer Service wise soon.
