  • I bought a new FN15 .300 Pistol and the magazine that was supposed to be in the box was missing. I want to contact budguns but there’s no option to do it. Does anybody know any way I can claim this??

  • Gonzalo, you can contact Buds via Live Chat with your order number at the lower right corner of the screen starting 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. Since Buds claims not to open new firearms packages, I would contact FN Customer Service as well at 1-800-635-1321 option 4 or email customerservice@fnamerica.com

    The only way to contact Bud's right now is through their chat option. It will be in the lower right corner of your screen. They are open M-F 9AM-9PM EST. They should open it up soon. It fills quickly and there is often a wait. I would make sure you do it when you have a few minutes to sit in front of your computer. Also a lot of people are wondering about shipping. If you don't mind maybe post a reply to this with your order date. It will give some people (including myself) some perspective on shipping timeframes.
