  • My gun was delivered to the Transfer FFL dealer and signed for but they never contacted me and I have have called many times and driven over to dealer but they were closed. Please advise?

  • John, as long as it was signed for/accepted, they will likely keep it there until they reopen. The issue is finding out when they will reopen. Just leave a message and email and keep trying to contact them for reopening information as Buds and UPS has done their part. This is up to the FFL to transfer the firearm. Hope they respond to you soon!

  • John, You contact them when you get the notice the gun has shipped or delivered. My FFL never contacts me. I contact them. Looks like your outa luck with your FFL and have to wait until they open again. Things will work out.

  • is there a sign or recording about when they expect to reopen. most likely you will have to wait until the FFL reopens but I would let buds know what is happening Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
