I purchased my Beretta apx Centurion just over a month ago and I took it to the range now a couple times and put a few different types of ammunition through it every mag I'm still having troubles with the gun being stuck out of battery after every shot can anyone help?

Chase, not going fully in to battery may be a weak recoil spring. Beretta will likely replace it for free. I would call Beretta Customer Service for advice at 1-800-BERETTA (237-3882).
