I'm in the marine reserves and have been trying to become a qualified professional here but the applications I've submitted seem to just disappear without any word to me.

William, Buds will not notify you despite what they say. Just click - Order Status/Account - scroll down and see if you have a Blue Qualified Professional Logo with (Thanks for being a Qualified Professional. We appreciate your service.). If you do, you are good to go. If not, Buds has not finished processing and you should ask Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
