  • Has the Tristar Cobra III Marine Tactical 12ga model been discontinued by Tristar ? I did an advance cc payment on this model on and other gun store website - 2 days later got a message the store was refunding my money back back because the gun is "OBSOLETE". I found that answer to be very strange. Anybody have any knowledge on this subject ?

  • Randall, they are not discontinued. They are still listed on TriStar's website. The issue is likely they can't get them due to currents driving demand through the roof. Everyone is out and the few they get are likely going to back prders. https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/713780231648

  • Randall, Be happy you got a refund in a timely manner. Shotgun inventory will not be back to normal for quite a while. Weird explanation, but not a lot of those shotguns are made and that store probably can't get any in inventory.

  • it is still listed as being a current product on the tri star web site so its still in production it is out of stock everywhere its possible that the model number change making the old model number "OBSOLETE" you can contact tri star and see if the have a timeframe of when they expect more tristararms.com/connect/
