There are a couple steps to the ownership. Tikka does fall under sako as their parent company, But Sako in turn is owned by Beretta. So it's not wrong, it's just that Buds doesn't show that whole list, it is just that Beretta is the highest up on the ownership chain.

Robert, You are correct . Tikka is manufactured by Sako. Both brands are owned by Beretta. At Shot Show the Beretta booth had both the more expensive Sakos and the newer and more affordable Tikka line on display.
