  • I bought the Bond Arms gun and holster. I received the gun not the holster. It’s been several weeks I’ve heard nothing and now you can’t call or email Buds Gun Shop. They said it was in stock. If I received the gun in a few days there is no excuse for not receiving the holster. Like we are getting scammed and people blaming it on Covid19 A very irritated custmer

  • James, I feel for you. Just be patient. BUDs will make it right. Just work with them. It may take a while, but things are crazier then you think. Live Chat Now during business hours will help. You will get this resolved. I know it is a pain, but right now is not a good time to be buying firearms and expecting it to be seamless.

  • James, sorry you are having an issue but, the members here are customers as well and not Buds employees. Likely that the holster was coming from one of Buds fulfillment centers. Maybe Buds Customer Service can give you a status at Live Chat since it seems to be up at the moment. Cheers and I hope you get it soon!
