why doesn't the site recognize my membership try to put a firearm in my cart it tell me its a team buds item and it take me to the the teambuds page where I have bought the membership

Matthew, this may be a website glitch. First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging back in and retrying on log in to a different browser. Click Order Status/Account and scroll down and verify your Team Buds Membership shows up as active. If it does and these don't work, contact Bids Customer Service for assistance at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
