California law states, no magazines over 5 rounds. To me it's a joke. If you follow the rule of law, you have to abide by some of the most insane laws in the country. It's illegal to carry a baseball bat in your car. So you carry the bat, a glove and a ball, and if you're stopped you tell the officer you are on your way to baseball practice.

Nicholas, If the standard capacity magazine is pulled to make the firearm state compliant you will get no magazine. You will have to purchase your state restricted magazines separately. Most firearms that have standard capacity magazines that are not CA compliant are probably not on the CA AGO's approved roster of handguns.
