  • I have been having problems checking out lately Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

    This happened to me before and there is a really high possibility of the product being out of stock while you trying to check out. I would recommend you to post the Model/make and UPC number so we can take a look at Buds' website to see availability. This would allow us to make sure that the issue you are experiencing is due to the product being out of stock and not other technical one that would require you to contact Buds' representative.
