  • Does Bud's collect sales and use tax on purchases of Georgia residents ?

  • do a mock checkout put item in cart select checkout verify shipping address an d shipping preference nit continue to payment method select a payment method and hit continue to confirmation on that screen it will list the taxes if you are paying them at that point if you don't want to place the order select cart (upper right corner ) that will take you back to the cart page there you can just remove the items from your cart and exit the site

  • I believe the taxes buds collects would just be the same taxes as if y I ud gone into a store and bought it in your home state. For example I live in Oregon and when I've bought stuff from buds I pay $0 in taxes, because Oregon has no sales tax and I'm not a Kentucky resident so I don't have to pay the tax in buds home state.
    So if you'd have to pay those fees buying from a local FFL in GA you'll have to pay them buying from buds.
