Chris, yes Bud's will ship to Washington DC, but you must email Bud's a copy of your firearms registration card before it will ship. You can order the ammo, then hit the email us icon at the top of the page. This will bring you to another page, scroll down to 'email us', then choose 'FFL Related', from there you can attach your firearms registration card. You only have to do this the first time you buy ammo, Bud's keeps it on file for future purchases.
