I have a Walther Hammerli Tac R1 22lr. Is there a kit to add a sling to this gun?

There are QD sling swivel sockets on either side of buttstock.

Depends on how you want to run your sling.
Single point sling attach this qd sling swivel to the hole in the stock https://magpul.com/firearm-accessories/slings/mounts/qd-sling-swivel.html
Or if you want to run a 2 point sling you will need that one and this attachment, connected to the mlok on the handguard
