So they define ALL AK's as "banned Weapons" the JTS is an AK shotgun, call any gunshop and ask, you could also call the state police directly, or you could take a chance with what some guys on the internet told you who don't even live in Maryland.

I would contact a local ffl, gun group, or attorney, I think Buds info may be outdated, Huron Valley guns had this listed as restrictions on shotguns.
